As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of the program of work related to your designated account. You’re the client’s day-to-day contact and integral to leading the full end-to-end delivery – to ensure our work is on brand, budget and timings – working into the Client Lead.

You engage and efficiently manage the team and resource around you. With a commercial first and live mindset you excel at live forecast, at carefully crafted resource plans with the right capabilities and to budget and ensuring your brands/projects are running efficiently to recoverability with solutions to course correct any challenges. You are highly skilled at crafting roadmaps and scopes and can pivot these as the project evolves to ensure that we are on brand, on budget and to timings and manage scope creep solutions.

You are diligent and organised, with exceptional attention to detail and understand the value in best practice.

Delivery

  • Leading sessions to brief key players, ensuring you have devised and are sharing a thoughtful, well interrogated and actionable brief.
  • Working at pace to efficiently drive the client’s brand challenges and whilst effectively engaging and communicating with your day-to-day stakeholders
  • Projects delivered on time, on budget and on brief that are creative and Applying creative problem solving when not on track.
  • Leading an engaged, informed and efficiently run project You are a master at scoping, project planning, briefing, de- briefing and quality delivery.
  • Working alongside the Design Teams to ensure the creative solution meets the client brief and
  • Liaising with the client team to ensure we have all the required information ahead of internal
  • Setting up all internal reviews and client reviews according to your project plan – ensuring we receive the required feedback in line with the project plan.
  • Problem solving to ensure our project plan is kept to time and budget from a client perspective, rescoping where required with client alignment and ensuring our recoverability is on
  • Working with the strategy and creative teams, and our partners, to make sure all work meets the client brief and delivers on the creative
  • Track the ongoing effectiveness of projects, agreeing appropriate measures with the Account
  • You are a champion of our internal systems and processes and financial tools
  • Actively planning time on projects in line with
  • Ensuring our forecasting is robust, accurate and provides
  • Attending weekly planning and forecasting
  • Set up and lead on client presentation meetings to present project stage work and all status calls
  • Recommending solutions to challenges along projects with the Account Director – and actively updating on project progress, challenges and solutions.
  • Cultivating positive and sustainable relationships with key client influencers and decision makers, colleagues and key
