Emma Godfrey

Managing Director

Emma leads the Elmwood NYC studio bringing 20 years of experience managing and developing client partnerships across a wide range of industries from CPG to healthcare to corporate. Emma has led global clients including Reckitt, Lifescan, Diageo and Mondelez across a variety of projects from major rebrands to strategic initiatives.Emma is passionate about relationship and brand building and aims to lead her team to establish honest and long-standing partnerships with clients and create more brand value for them through the collaborative efforts of the Elmwood team. However, Emma’s true passion is the journey from data to design, her diverse background enables her to utilize data to activate brands and drive ultimately drive brand growth.Originally from the UK, Emma now calls NYC home. As a queer woman in the industry, Emma is passionate about building an inclusive environment that champions diversity and equality.

Megan D’Audney

Megan brings over two decades of global expertise in design, branding, and environments, with a career spanning industry as diverse as sport, airlines, charities, entertainment, telecommunications, financial services, gaming, FMCG, automotive, banking, fashion, and emerging megacities. She has partnered with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including British Airways, Vodafone, Xbox, PlayStation, McDonald’s, Cadbury, Volkswagen, Rugby World Cup, Newcastle United, Chelsea Football Club, NEOM The Line, and SkyCity Entertainment Group. Megan’s superpower lies in her ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and clients, seamlessly aligning strategy and creativity to deliver solutions that not only achieve business objectives but also drive meaningful commercial growth.

Justin Fines

Executive Creative Director

New York

Justin Fines is a graphic designer and executive creative director based in New York City since 2004. His work spans branding, motion, and film, and has been recognized with top industry honors from the ADC, One Show, D&AD, Type Directors Club and Cannes. His prints are part of the permanent collection at the V&A Museum in London, and his work has been widely published.

A dedicated student of art and design, Justin’s practice is rooted in exploration and study. He has taught design at Pratt Institute since 2006 and remains deeply invested in pedagogy as a complement to his professional practice.

After early work in motion and film—including as a creative director at BUCK—Justin transitioned into branding, where he has contributed to high-profile projects across the industry. He helped launch Chobani’s “Gimmies” kids’ line, led brand work at Jones Knowles Ritchie including the rebrands of Burger King and the New England Revolution, and most recently helped helm the Adobe rebrand at Mother Design.

Charles St-Onge

Finance Business Partner

Charles St-Onge brings deep finance and operations leadership across the creative industries — including branding, design, digital, and advertising. Born and raised in rural Québec, he has spent the past several years in the U.S., including six in Los Angeles and now New York City, partnering with agency leadership to streamline operations, manage global P&Ls, and translate financial complexity into actionable strategy.

Outside of work, he’s an avid traveler who’s always planning his next destination — often somewhere warm, vibrant, and a little off the beaten path.
