Recognized in Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40, she has led Elmwood to Silver wins at Campaign’s SEA Agency of the Year Awards in 2023 and 2024. A judge for the prestigious ADC One Club Awards, Celeste is passionate about mentorship and fostering a culture of balance. A fitness and nutrition enthusiast, she champions holistic well-being for her team, believing that a strong body and mind fuel creativity and leadership.

Lisa is an award-winning Creative Director with over 20 years experience working in leading global brand design agencies in Singapore, Bangkok, Sydney and London. She leads the creative team to successfully helps brands grow by building effective and engaging brand stories that are globally consistent and regionally relevant. A strategically minded problem solver with a passion for craft and an eye for detail, Lisa drives creative excellence by harnessing the power of insight and design to create meaningful and inspiring creative solutions. Lisa has worked in multiple sectors and markets across SEA, India, China, UK & US. Her multi-disciplinary experience means she has worked with Corporate and FMCG clients such as Citibank, Singtel, Diageo, LVMH, Heineken, Unilever and PepsiCo.

Ambrish Chaudry

Ambrish is a seasoned brand strategist with over 20 years of experience leading high-profile branding initiatives across 20 markets and four continents. He has worked with global brands like Coca-Cola, Meta, HSBC, and Reckitt alongside multiple unicorns in the region such as Gojek, Lazada and Chope;  shaping impactful brand strategies at the c-suite level. Now leading strategy for Elmwood and MSQ Asia, Ambrish is focused on strengthening our  brand, content, and communications offer. He plays a key role in integrating Elmwood and MSQ’s next-gen technology, data, and media capabilities to drive business growth and create transformative brand experiences across the region.

Jason is an award-winning Executive Creative Director with global experience across digital, social, and TV campaigns. A specialist in performance-driven storytelling, he applies evidence-based approaches to creative effectiveness. From Sydney to Los Angeles and now Singapore, he has built and scaled world-class creative teams that help brands win on the small screen, big screen and no screen. A judge for the Webby, Lovies, and The Drum Digital Advertising Awards, Jason won Silver as the 2024 Global Content Person of the Year (International Content Marketing Association). A strategic, high-energy leader—with a slight sneaker obsession—Jason continues to push the boundaries of brand storytelling and creative innovation.

Andy Edmonds

Andy is the General Manager of Elmwood Singapore, with 15 years of experience in advertising, media, and digital across the UK and Asia. A specialist in SEO, social, paid media, and integrated creative, he has built high-performance teams and helped brands like ASOS, Kenvue, Cisco, and P&G solve business and creative challenges. At Elmwood, he leads the award-winning Brand Out Creative team, developing integrated campaigns for AXA, Bayer, Colgate, and Heineken. A prolific speaker, Andy has presented at The Martech Summit, FUTR Asia, and Brighton SEO, bringing his expertise in brand storytelling, customer data, and digital innovation.
