Elmwood hires Polly Hopkins as UK MD and Head of Corporate Growth
Elmwood, the strategic brand design consultancy within the MSQ Group, today announced the appointment of Polly Hopkins as UK Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Brand.
Hopkins joins from FutureBrand where she spent over a decade in leadership roles across London and New York, leading the London office to strong growth over the last four years. In her new role, she will lead Elmwood’s 100-strong London team and spearhead the fast-growing corporate client offer across the global network. Hopkins joins Elmwood following their global repositioning in June, where the agency launched its new intent to impact proposition leveraging their experience design expertise. She brings two decades of proven experience building impactful, effective global brands across multiple categories, that will help accelerate the agency’s growth.
Polly Hopkins, Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Brand said: “It’s an exciting moment of change for the branding industry, and Elmwood and MSQ are brilliantly positioned to win in this market. I joined because Elmwood feels like an independent—from the work, the creativity, the deep relationships—but with the expanded capabilities of MSQ to plug in what clients need. We can innovate and implement at a pace large holding company agencies can’t match. Elmwood partners with world-leading, ambitious clients, many of whom we’re working with on groundbreaking AI initiatives that amplify our creativity and deliver real commercial impact.”
Daniel Binns, Global CEO at Elmwood, added: “Bold brands stand out because they are more meaningful, more memorable, and create more momentum, and they need agency partners who do the same. Polly has spent two decades helping clients cut through the noise. Her ambition, creativity and collaborative spirit is exactly what we need as we scale Elmwood’s impact across our global network. I’m delighted she’s joined us.”
